We kindly ask that all personal belongings be removed from your vehicle prior to your scheduled detailing appointment. Vehicles should be reasonably cleared of personal items to allow us to perform our services efficiently and to the highest standard.
Vehicles containing excessive personal belongings may incur an additional fee to cover the time and labor required to collect, bag, and secure those items before detailing can begin.
Any cash, jewelry, or other valuables discovered during the detailing process will be set aside and secured to the best of our ability. However, 915 Auto Spa is not responsible for personal belongings or valuables that are lost, missing, or left inside the vehicle. We strongly recommend removing all valuables before your appointment.

Stain Removal Service Disclosure
We perform stain removal on a best-effort basis, as results vary depending on the stain type, the affected material, how long the stain has been present, and whether you've tried previous cleaning attempts or treatments. While we use professional-grade products and techniques to achieve the best possible results, we cannot guarantee complete stain removal.
Some stains may be permanent or may have caused discoloration, dye transfer, material damage, or deterioration that detailing alone cannot correct. Attempting a more aggressive treatment may damage the affected surface; in such cases, we reserve the right to limit or discontinue treatment ifg more aggressive treatment may risk damaging the affected surface; in such cases, we reserve the right to limit or discontinue treatment when further attempts may compromise the material's integrity.
By selecting this add-on, the customer acknowledges that stain removal outcomes may vary and that some staining, discoloration, or residual marks may remain after service. Additional treatment beyond the original scope may require an additional charge, which will be communicated before proceeding.
